Carnival Ballyshannon is run in association with the Donegal Bay and Bluestacks Festival of Events and takes place in October of each year. The Carnival features many locals as well as visiting groups. Carnival Ballyshannon is a kaleidoscope of colour and sound and has now become part of the annual calendar of events in Ballyshannon.
